I received my first Rolfing® session in 1985. Rolfing® and Rolf Movement® were the most fascinating and powerful healing processes I'd ever experienced.
I completed my Basic Training of over 1200 hours with the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration and became a Rolfer™ in November 1991. I completed my Advanced Rolfing® Training of 216 hours in Spring 1997. I completed my Rolfing® Movement Training of 140 hours in Spring 2002. Rolfers™ are required to complete continuing education throughout their careers, so my total hours of study in Rolfing® far exceed the sum of these hours mentioned here. I am also trained in Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy.
I am adept in personal growth work, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Mind-Body Balancing®, and emotional and spiritual healing processes. Some of my clients draw on my skills in these areas, in addition to Rolfing®, in order to reach their goals.
